Sollvo (Sollvo Intelligence, commercial registration [CR NUMBER]) is a technology company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. For the personal data described on this page, Sollvo is the controller.

This policy covers this website only. It explains what we collect when you visit it or write to us.

What you send us. When you write to us through the contact page, we receive your name, your email address, your organisation if you give it, the services you selected and anything you put in the message. We store these messages so that we can reply and follow up. If you email us directly, we receive what you send.

Your language choice. The website remembers whether you chose Arabic or English by saving that choice in your browser. It is not sent to us.

Fonts. Pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google when a page opens.

Visit statistics. We measure how the website is used with our own analytics, which sets no cookies: the pages opened and how long they stayed on screen, how the visit started (for example a search engine or a link), the device type, browser, language, and an approximate region taken from your device's time zone. Visitors are counted with an identifier that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you, and we do not store IP addresses. To tell first visits from returning ones, your browser keeps a small flag in its own storage. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is recorded. These statistics are deleted after 13 months.

The website does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

We process personal data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL): with your consent when you choose to contact us, to take the steps you ask for before entering into a contract, and where the law requires or permits it.

Service providers that run our email and hosting. They act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality.

Public authorities, where a law or a binding order requires it.

Nobody else, unless you ask us to.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

We limit access to personal data to the people who need it, and we protect it with technical and organisational measures suited to the risk. If a breach affects your data, we notify the authority and you as the law requires.

This website is meant for organisations and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

When we build or operate a system for a client, the data in that system is handled on the client's instructions, under our contract with that client. That work is outside this policy.

If we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
